If the flow of buyers goes down, the sellers will find alternative methods to sell, ie no "Realtor".

Can't a consumer get a real estate attorney and forget the realtor. Just tour the house yourself as a buyer with no realtor involment?

Y'see, since I'm not physically handicapped, they would put me up on one of their highest floors! Oh NO, I don't wanna live very far off the ground, in case the building needs to be evacuated in a hurry. I wanna live much closer to the ground, where I would feel SAFER.

Houses overpriced, cars overpriced, food is getting more expensive, restaurants more expensive, airplane tickets are more expensive, what else? I stopped spending or anything unimportant. No more eating out, no more Starbucks, I buy used clothes if I need any, I will keep my current car and house. I am staying put. I home-cook my food and all ingredients are simple.
