    We are exactly the same...I used to get nauseous when having anxiety waves or panic attacks. Then boom. Election night I started having PVCs for hours at a time Every 5-6 beats. They completely replaced my previous physical manifestation of anxiety. Fast forward 2.5 months on 20mg Prozac and I’ll have 1-2 week stretches of feeling perfect and then a few days of long PVC episodes. Hoping that those good stretches becoming longer and longer. Beta blockers don’t suppress them. Maybe an ablation if months go by without improvement?

    The tightness on your chest is probably due to tight internal intercostal muscles, the muscles that allow forced expiration. You should take some very long breaths trying to expand your chest as much as you can, you will feel a resistance to that but eventually you'll be able to relax those muscles, just inhale as slow and as far as you can with your chest and clavicles and then keep your breath for 3-5 seconds, repeat 3-5 times. Do the same with abdominal breathing in case your diaphragm is tight too. Hope you find your happiness and peace!

    I understand. As I'm having the issue now. However, out of the ER this a.m. after a bag of mag and potassium. However, I have a neck injury, and as a paramedic, I am my own worst critic when it comes to problem solving. I'm ekg was good.....but when the nurse came in handed me aspirin and a nitro said I need you to take these....(last night) my hr went up and I threw 8 or 10 pvcs.. before asking her if it something I missed on the ekg or protocol. She said its protocol but if you don't want to take it, it's up to you. About two minutes went by and I was back down in the 70 range no pvcs. To get to my point regarding the neck injury. Your heart runs off impulses of nerves, it isn't self regulating so to speak, but it gets the "information" from your vagus nerve and the baro and chemo receptors. Nerve X, which ties your heart, lungs, stomach, Glotic function...etc etc. There are cases where someone has needed to be intubated and I had to relieve gastric pressure because it causes a Vagal response. Maybe try a corrective chiropractor, get your neck adjusted and thoracic, see if that eases it for you. Being anxious builds a lot of tension in the muscles as your in the fight or flight, sympathetic dominant stage. Just my thoughts, hope this helps. As far as the Mag goes, your nerves and muscles, heart included, use potassium, magnesium, salt, phosphorus, and calcium. Mag without potassium is helpful for many, but combined with potassium, if its electrolyte deficiency (which majority are defcient in both but don't know it), they get better results. Best of luck.

    Okay, I'm a health and fitness expert that has studied functional medicine for nearly 3 decades and I want to share something with you from my own experience dealing with this mess and after countless trips to the ER. Turns out I had a histamine intolerance and most if not all the foods I was ingesting was triggering countless symptoms. Everything from PVCs, being light headed to where I thought I would pass out, dizziness, racing heart because of the anxiety. Not only that but I would check my blood pressure and it would be high because I would be freaking out and then it would go even higher because I would freak out more. Okay enough of that. Here is what to do. 1. Cut back on any foods that are high in histamine. If this is indeed your problem you will notice a huge difference within a couple of days. 2. Eliminate caffeine of any kind. 3. If you get PVCs then you should make yourself burp repeatedly. What's happening is there is a pressure build up in your stomach which is aggravating your vagus nerve. Burp as many times as necessary until you get all the air out of your stomach. This in itself will make a HUGE difference in the PVCs and in most cases they will stop immediately. 4. If your heart is racing then you should slightly press the left or right carotid artery on your neck and take a deep breath and hold it for 2 seconds. Exhale slowly while pressing the carotid artery. ONLY press one side at a time because you surely don't want to cut off blood flow to your brain and pass out. Repeat this several times and while exhaling you can make a humming sound as it will help calm the body. The key is to exhale slowly because if your brain detects you are exhaling fast, it will increase adrenaline and make things worse. Breath control is key! Take a 1/4 teaspoon every 4 hours of Camu Camu on a daily basis to get your vitamin C because vitamin C breaks down histamine. Whatever you do don't take a vitamin C supplement in the form of Ascorbic Acid because it will irritate your vagus nerve and all hell will break loose with anxiety and PVCs. Take as much magnesium L Threonate that you can handle without causing loose stools or other adverse reactions like nausea, laziness feeling, etc. If indeed it is a histamine response causing your anxiety, then you can also take 5 to 10mg of Zyrtec ONLY if necessary. I have found that in severe cases I can take this medication and it will stop the anxiety within 20 minutes or so. The key is to control your histamine levels so mast cells don't go haywire. I hope this helps someone and it took me years to figure out all this and many trips to the ER and literally thousands of dollars in hospital bills. Many blessings!

      @kaylariley6672 4 года назад

      Very interesting. My pvcs are typically at their worst when i'm bloated. I knew there was a connection, just wasn't sure how it all worked. I'll have to look into that whole histamine issue because I have never heard of it. I took benadryl to sleep for probably 5 years 😬 and when i stopped, shit went wild. Thanks for sharing.

    • @Total_Body_Fitness_USA
      @Total_Body_Fitness_USA 4 года назад

      @@kaylariley6672 It's called histamine intolerance and it could be tied to mast cell activation disorder like in my case. You'll know if you have this because symptoms start after you eat. Benadryl has been shown to cause alzheimers so glad you stopped taking that. It helps with sleep, but not the deep restorative sleep we need to flush toxins from the brain to prevent brain inflammation and plaque formation. Taking omega 3s, magnesium L threonate, eating a clean diet free of sugar and processed foods, exercise, infrared sauna, and speaking positive affirmations over your life are just some things you can do to help with inflammation and health in general. Feel free to reach out with any questions as I have been in the health industry for some 27 years now and have a lot of experience when it comes to the human body.

    I realize your videos, each and everyone of them is me. It is exactly me. I use your videos at the doctors office to help explain exactly what I feel. I am tired. 29 year law enforcement , grew up in an abusive home, but had a wonderful mother. You just don’t know how much this helps me and I am sure other people. I hate them, I wait until the next one comes along. Last 10 years of policing I dealt with these until I had to retire. I know it is from everything from past to career and I hit rock bottom. Kayla, I sure don’t know the answers but those who don’t feel every blasted one of these PVCs will never understand. I remember which came first. I was on duty and had a full blown anxiety attack and then I noticed that skip. I like you have been anxious my whole life but this has consumed me. I just want to find the old me but he is gone. Forever. It has been 13 years now and I am so sick and tired of the peaks and valleys of it all. SICK OF IT. I PRAY, WISH, HOPE AND BELIEVE THAT ONE DAY IT WILL GET BETTER. JUST KEEP ON DOING WHAT YOU ARE DOING. WHEN I GO THROUGH THESE THINGS I GRAB FOR YOUR VIDEOS TO REASSURE ME THAT I AM NOT BY MYSELF. You are awesome helping people with your story.

Body don’t seem to cooperate. So yes, how do we handle these PVCs ? Crap. We don’t. Yes. I Have been through magnesium supplements and taking vitamins. Anything that would help. One day would be fine and then when it hits it like I get set back 20 steps and have to move forward all over again. I ONCE HAD A FRIEND WHO I TRAINED YEARS AGO AND POLICED WITH FOR YEARS THAT MADE A COMMENT MANY YEARS AGO AS WE WAS WALKING INTO GUN FIRE ON A MASSIVE FIGHT CALL. ONE, THEY MIGHT CAN KILL US BUT THE CANT EAST US. TURE. SECOND, ONLY WHEN YOU GIVE UP ALL HOPE CAN YOU TRULY START GETTING BETTER. WELL, I AM AT GIVING UP ALL HOPE. BECAUSE HERE IS THE THING. THERE ISN’T anything anyone can do to fix this. Why, it is us that cause this. Anyway, here is working through life by faith just hanging on by a thread.

    @Darthrtrader 5 лет назад

    Mine started back in 2009. I was in Home Depot and I got dizzy and my heart started to skip beats. Went to the ER. They kept me for 2 days and did a battery of tests. Diagnosis was PVC's. They went away after a few months and life was good. Then, my Dad passed away in 2011 and that was when I experienced my first Panic Attack. Scared the crap out of me. That whole year I had them and then they disappeared. In 2013, I started a real stressful job and the PVC's returned with a vengeance. Did all of the tests again and they said I was fine. Haven't had a real issue until this year. 2018 has been the year of the sickness for me. Battled 4 bouts of Bronchitis, thanks to my son in daycare, and never really felt healthy. Well, right before Halloween, my PVC's started again and have been going strong ever since. Went to Cardiologist to get the usual, "you're fine", so now I'm on Magnesium and I will try the Curcumin that I saw on one of your other posts to see what that does. Life with PVC's is very low quality, but I continue to push through and hope for a "remission" from them again. I'll let you know if the curcumin does the trick.
