Wonderful!!!
Great video Arlon. Great lyrics. Great song
Create video Arlon.
We wanted to make some comments on the presentation and the discussion in particular of "Belly breathing". "Belly breathing" has somehow become quite ubiquitous as a suggested antidote to "chest breathing", but breathing can only occur in the thorax, and if we try to breathe into our bellies we are just over-contracting our thoracic muscles and pushing our viscera down. Since 70% of our lung tissue is actually in our backs, thinking and having awareness of our lungs expanding into our backs and into our sides is much more practical and important for normal breathing coordination. Also, it is much more useful and practical to focus on our easy exhales rather than the other ubiquitous advice to "take a deep breath" and focus on our inhales. Our exhale is the resting phase of our breathing. If we simply follow our exhales to their natural conclusion, without forcing or controlling them, our inhales that follow will be involuntary and can be rich, and offer us the amount of oxygen we need at that moment, without having to in any way force them or control them. Inhales are the working phase of breathing and occur without any effort on our part. Our brain signals to our respiratory system that we need oxygen, and the fresh oxygen gas molecules simply will rush in to our lungs. If instead we focus on our inhales - on "taking a deep breath" - or forcing air in - we are simply pushing fresh air into lungs that still hold stale carbon dioxide air that hasn't been easily expelled yet by instead focusing on a relaxed, unforced exhale. Since exhales are the resting phase of our breathing, they are also calming for us. Here's a lovely animation of our normal breathing coordination: www.jessicawolfartofbreathing.com/?page_id=54
I love this Arlon! Miss you buddy!
Hello, I checked your RUclips channel. and found that your channel is having some problems. due to which you are not getting good views and subscribers are not growing. Your videos look very good and the thumbnails are fine. So there are some problems in your videos, you have not given anything good like you have not done a tag counter, no tag volume, and no description according to keywords, solve these problems and you will see your channel views and subscribers increase. will go
Love this, go Arlon!!
Beautiful song and video! Parkinson's is not just a senior citizen disease. It strikes young people too!
This is amazing❤ so inspiring
Thank you. That was beautiful. Appreciate all the support you give us all!
made my day 😊
Such a positive song, and excellent video! 👏👏👏
Wonderful, uplifting song. Thank you. Arlon. I wish I had your optimism and energy!!!
Thank you Susan Lust, and the PWP! This was great to be a part of, and I am talking about the eventual healing and curing of Parkinson’s dis-ease.

Thank you for this!
This dr. is a GREAT communicator and clearly covered SO MANY issues that are on the minds of PD patients and family members EXCELLENT presentation
Thanks for this! As someone who was diagnosed 2 years ago, I will vouch for the benefits of music and exercise on a Parkinson's patient. Being an athlete (cyclist) and musician (pianist, keyboard player)has really helped stay as healthy as possible since the diagnosis. Listen to these folks...they know what they're talking about! Thanks again
Thank you so much! I loved this whole panel and can hardly wait to implement some of these things. May G-d bless you all.
Thanks, Rachel -- They will be doing us again on July 25th -- Save the date!!
