Nice ❤ George is my favourite and this song is one of the many reasons.
As expected, the new mix boosts the lead vocal and lead guitar, renders the rest as accompaniment, and loses much of the warmth of the original. Must be Paul Hicks again. The opposite mixing philosophy of George Harrison.

First heard this song on the Alvin Lee Anthology I bought nearly 20 years ago. It immediately became my favorite song on the double album and it still is.
I love Alvin Lee. I drove 60 miles to see him when I was 16. Alone,but not when I got there. Phenomenal performance. You were never alone at a concert back in those days. Im 70 now and still remember it so vividly. He was masterful.
I’m also 70, first concert I saw was Ten Years After at the Denver Coliseum, never had the chance to see Alvin again but very thankful for that evening.
