Thank you for the video ! I have questions as a citizen developer (community licence) : how many credits do we have using the feature ? How can we check the remaining credits ? Also, do you know if we can generate Regex formulas with it ? Thank you again !
Lol. All the “little” changes you had to do make this a non-starter IMO. If you have to meticulously examine & modify the entire generated flow to find things that won’t work or need to be optimized… it’s better to just build by hand.
I'll beg to differ, the send email activity has been perfectly configured, the variables has been created respecting the naming conventions in all other activities. If you create the process manually it will take 3 to 4 times longer. But I see how you'd like it to be perfectly configured, that's why UiPath should fine tune the AI model under the hood on so many examples with the emphesis on the syntax of properties inside the xaml. But it's absolutely a great feature and it def a starter for me (i've been using UiPath for 7+ years) so I'd imagine it's even better for someone who's starting out.
@@redamarzouk still disagree about people just starting out. First… I’m sure the explanation words matter. People starting out wouldn’t even know the right words to type. Second… people just starting out don’t have the skill or knowledge to change the things you changed… so the automation likely just wouldn’t work, and they wouldn’t know why or how to fix it without becoming an expert.
@@allthecommonsense if you're already an RPA developer you know very well where do people start out usually. they're not going to start typing blindly not even knowing where we place activities and where to find properties. it's the combination between UiPath academy and this new feature that will make it so much easier. Also judging a feature by its preview version is quite shortsighted, what I've shown just now is not for production yet and is the worst UiPath will ever launch, the next ones will be so much better to the point that you won't need to check activities at least the main ones with datatable and microsoft 365. You can still disagree but it will still save hours for RPA Devs willing to embrace innovation. I mean why ask gpt for code when you still have to fine tune it right?? just write it by hand.

Do i have to be signed in to Excel to go through with this? I tried to open an excel sheet in the write cell activity on building my first process but i can't get a confirm option when indicating in cell to write a column name.
