I had called them on a Sunday night one and asked questions.... the gentleman who took my call was with his family was polite, helpful and generous with time and info. spoke to me for over 10 minutes and gave me all the info I needed. They sure are more helpful than most

My original floor looks much worse - dirtier, more uneven. I plan to use an aggressive grinder to take the top right off, and then I'm pouring clear epoxy to level it out. Hopefully...
