⭐New "Reversible T-Jaws" now available in steel and aluminum! This Snap Jaw fits most 6" vises and is great for holding workpieces that need extra clearance. The reversible design allows the T-Jaws to be mounted on the outside of the vise for maximum capacity setups. While this is a nice tool and Kurt’s is a nice tool, they’re only made for 6” vises. I’d love to have one for the 4”. I’ve got a number of your jaws and they’re very nice. I’m willing to spend the money for this, if I could use it.
Does the moving jaw have spring plungers to account for variance in the parts, so you get even clamping pressure?
The Piston Jaw is filled with hydraulic oil. The pistons have .125 of travel and will compensate for differences in part diameter.

This changes the FUCKIN GAME BABY. No more awkward wrench angles or froze bolts from all the chips causing issues every time you gotta rotate a part out. These are awesome man
Very cool! Wonderful idea. Should work very well, but for a wider part the angle bar should be wider as well, not?
You can usually hold a large part with this setup since the both jaws are surface ground and very precision. They are parallel and square up the workpiece when the vise is tightened. Also the angle bars are surface ground and square with the face of the jaws.
