I'm just going to tell the truth. Ocoee Auto auction. Has supervisors that do not know how to do the job that they are supervising over. That is very sad. And when it comes to supervisors some random drug testing would be a good idea. I would apply for the lot manager job to help straighten everything out. but I cannot find that application for that job online. The auction used to be ran so smoothly 20 years ago. And now it is complete chaos. The employees used to take pride in doing their job. And now I have only met one person that takes their job seriously. That is very sad. But yes the mannheim's auto auction of ocoee. Needs New Management

I had spark plugs changes in my car. Guy charges me for 4 new, expensive ones. I asked for the old ones to use as weights for fishing. The litter bin was empty. No old ones. The guy had simply cleaned and recalibrated the old ones. I offered to pay the invoice and take him to court for deceptive practices. Suddenly, the service was free.

At what dealership? How’s that even possible? There needs to be some form of consumer protection in situations like this. Those parties that are quoting these, need to be held accountable
