Something Incredible
Великобритания
Добавлен 20 июл 2018
Carl Sagan (probably) once said: "Somewhere, something incredible is waiting to be known". Join us and discover something incredible about our world.
I am a scientist, a writer, and a creator with a passion for discovering the stories behind our world.
I got my degree in Earth Sciences in 2008, and followed up with a PhD in Palaeontology and Astrobiology, and a short spell at NASA. But my great love is for sharing knowledge, and I now work full time making fascinating factual content for broadcast TV and digital platforms, including this channel!

How sure are you there spaceX project and not Aliens because I saw the lights wired and not normal to show Up in random places and most of them were seen by the military in the US and other people in the World
i see just now on my aeria in sri lanka
Great video: thank you
I saw this while passing by Connecticut just two nights ago. No such things as aliens
Babies cry when you moo at them because the sound of a cow's moo is similar to a baby's cry, which can remind them of times when they were crying and sad. A 2017 study by Japanese scientists found that the acoustic properties of a cow's moo and a baby's cry are similar enough to make babies cry. The study concluded that almost all babies who heard a cow cry sound also cried. Babies are also sensitive to noise because they have smaller ear canals, which amplify loud sounds
I just saw them an hour ago (Northwest New Jersey).
Thank you so much I really needed an answer 😭💗
❤
I saw this but I saw a chain of only 9 of them. It was not space x. They were huge! They looked like stars just 10x as big. Holy crap I wish I recorded but not gonna lie I froze in fear/shock because I was alone in the night sky witnessing this and just felt eerie.
Maddd I just seen a line of 20 plus not much bigger than stars but a big line evenly spaced and then the disappear not to far into the distance . If the mainstream say it’s satellites it defo isn’t lol but people are too asleep believe what ever there told
@@callumdowning6312I seen the same tonight over uk 20 of them lined up all flying through the sky for around a minute and suddenly vanished so I sat there for around half hour just looking up at the sky and seen individual ones just fly around and vanish it was crazy 😂
Just saw a long row, lost count in 2s perfectly straight. Thought it was aliens touring basingstoke England, until l looked up utube. Pretty cool tho.. Moon is very bright n al tonight..
Ye I jus took the bin out in Nottingham England at 6am an seen a line of maybe 20 of them . Me and my daughter seen the same thing at about 5 o clock at night last year. I’m Not having this space x bollocks ! They travel ina line and then disappear in front of your eyes like there going into some portal or something .
My mom has cinnamon eyes and my dad has green/hazel. ……. I have dark cinnamon-
I'm glad I saw this video 😀
the best mask is when you stop being an idiot. you turn off the TV and awaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay you go. no mask necessary.
How do you get these opportunities? Because I’m just starting university and I’ve never had any opportunities in my life, so I’m trying to find a way to create some opportunities for myself so I can do exciting things like you do when I graduate, If you wouldn’t mind sharing strategies or ways you got research or lab opportunities when you were in school I would absolutely appreciate that and that information would be invaluable
My baby has the same eye colour, I wonder where he ends up
Adorable video and beautiful family! It was educational and creative too :)
So, Now we can't figure out whether we saw a star or spaceship or a satellite 😅
i love science baby \(^o^)/

Just saw this in the sky
My favorite spot to visit in that part of France. The design of the walls speaks to my Engineering side.
🤔..be quiet they are alive 😅
All this gibber jabber but they dont show the actual footage, all cgi????
No, the stars are just doing a conga line
Bullshit. No way satellites DO NOT JUST disappear into a flippen hole
Check my video How can I see the Starlink satellites? ruclips.net/video/2EhA0AQnOLE/видео.html Which explains how they come in and out of visibility 😊
My wisteria leaves are full of very neat holes and my insect hotels now have lots of green doors!
That is awesome!
Excellent. Very clear and informative. Now Identified the action in the garden

I love love love your videos !! Thank you for such beautiful content and that you educate people in such a fun way❤
Such a beautiful and powerful message ❤
This is such horrible misinformation. It’s so much worse after you give birth because of the hormone drop and the lack of sleep please do more research before putting ignorant stuff like this on the Internet I’m on pregnancy number two and it’s definitely a thing during pregnancy and after for up to two years after also
Isn't he the cutest little baby?p🍼🐥
WTG, science baby! Tell 80% of all pregnant women that they are wrong. That's going to go very well for you.
The fact that mitrochodria still have their primordial DNA saved till now makes me wonder how could they have protected it from oxidation degeneration. Do they not have the DNA of the host cell? Or is their only some part of their ancient survives and rest have been replaced by the long evolution of the hosts. Like thr mitochondria of a closely related ape species would surely have a little different DNA than ours. Bur seill share some common ancient DNA that mitochondrias originally had when they lived alone as clones.
Do you write and your husband narrates the videos. Wbat a perfect combination. I wish i had a life liek this. In our tiny fraction of time experiencing existence in this manner must be so satisfying. Thank you for being a pivotal influence in my life. I look forward to content from such rare and likable humans in my life. A selfless description of the functioning of the universe as nothing else matters.
What can I say. Just followed your channel after knowing you're the writer of history of the Earth. The way those scripts are written transfers me to another world everytime I watch a Video. It's almost a religious experience for me. Since I don't believe in any of the conventional make beliefs and science is the only weird religion that we all share. Immersion is at peak when it's written all that nicely. I get a moment of solace in my life of a corporate automaton.
You're doing a great job, Leila. Part of being a parent is learning every day, through failure and success. It sounds like you've got a very level head regarding other people's opinions, and this will serve you well. Hang in there and love that Science Baby 😊
Tbh this was why I was so turned off from becoming a mom for 10 years. I wanted to be childfree partly to avoid all this crap that goes on in the parenting circles.
The breast feeding yes/no camps are so vocal/toxic, it's really frustrating...
My brother and myself were both "Head Bangers" I remember doing it! I loved the sound and the vibration on my head and on my back. My kids never did it.
