I've placed an order for the Blade Arm two weeks ago and since then tried to reach out to the company multiple times with NO response, at this point I'm wondering if they have really poor customer service or if it's an actual scam and they have NO plan to ship this product.

I just received mine. I've used 4th AXIS holders before, but this is truly a beauty! Incredible built quality. I would love an alternate mount to the suction cup. I have scenarios where I just need to mount with a clamp as the surface isn't adequate for a suction cup.
