Great video! I have a bit different but related question. I worked nearly 4 years directly under an infrastructure manager and now for a year I'm working on a new place where we don't have a facility manager. Next year we are moving into a new building where I would like to be the facility manager. What's your advice to pitch the idea for the company? Currently we are very unorganised and I have about 6 years of 5S and lean manufacturing experience along the 4 years under the infrastructure manager doing maintenance, quality and safety improvements all across a 12k sqm (about 130k sqf) facility.
