Abiem vajadzēja pilnīgi jaunus filtrus. Ekperiments nav korekts 👎

You can use woodprix plans. The best e-books and very detailed instructions. You can learn much from them and make it yourself.
Where do I buy a big oak like yours? Did you cut it yourself? Inpossible to find
We live in a rural area with plenty of woodland around.
Hi could You please tell me what type of ink and paper do You use?
For this one, basic block print ink and 120 gram acid free sketching paper
Are you using a wirebrush after the burn or nylon? What are you using to rub it...the wooden handled disks? What are those called? What type of ink are you using?
Hey there, I use a nylon brush, the wooden disk thing is self made you can also use a spoon, for smaller prints I use basic printing block ink, for bigger prints I use oil based inks. Good luck 👍
@@lahaart What are you spritzing on there?
Is just water, so the wood bends.
What kind of paper did you use?
120 Gramm acid free Sketching paper
Brilliant and informative video thanks for your time and sharing .
hi there do you use a hard or soft roller to apply the ink?
Hard
do you use a soft or hard roller to apply the ink?
Huge props to you for the print work and filming job. Both came across as A+ 10/10. I hope you enjoyed the experience.
Thank you very much
What paper do you use ?
120g acid free Sketching paper
Wäre super, wenn auch zu sehen gewesen wäre, wie der Screen geöffnet wird um das Fenster zu öffnen und zu schließen.
Hi, what type of ink and what type of paper do you recommend, please? (and which ones you do NOT recommend?) TIA
Hey, we use 120g sketching paper and for smaller prints, up to A2, you can use basic printing block ink anything above A2 oil based ink. Happy printing
Sehr gut gemacht! Danke
Anyone know why my WD4 drops down from high to low power when vacuuming
Ever thought about using a cyclone separator?
No
tnx man
Beautiful work! Do you typically need to do just one "burn" to help get the contrast in relief with the wood rings? Thanks!
Thanks, I usually can wait until the tree cookie is relatively dry and then one burn is enough.
That's a very cool project. Also nicely edited. Not meaning to nitpick, but... I think the math part of that curve has been worked out by some guys (not me) to make the curve very forgiving. I saw you struggling around 8:00 to get just the right placing with the "on ramp" and wondered if that would help. Anyway, I don't mean to be critical, because it's an awesome project.
What kind of paper is that?
120gram Acid free sketching paper
Obviously a male tree!
🤣
Brunch? REALLY?🤡
😆I just noticed know 😆
How did it taste?
A bit knotty
It wood taste knotty wooden it… 😅
If you want to print another one in the future or use another color ink do you wash the wood with something after your done printing?
Yep, if I use water based ink, washing it is fairly easy, with oil based ink i have to use acetone.
Has the wood been seasoned before you start the process? The final print is amazing BTW👌🏻
This one was chopped a year before printing but not by my choice, the client had laying it around for a year before reaching out.
Not exactly 2 mins.. but still cool
🤷😁
I dont know what I like more, the shelf or the cloud cult audio.
Austria, UK but I can’t see the last one
Yeah its a tricky one
Olive tree ?
Ash 😉
Thanks for this! So cool! I want to try. Have lots of woodworking stuff, etc. Do a lot of chainsawing for local land trust as well. One main question: What does the BURNING step do? I assume maybe it accentuates the differences in contour / depth in the wood itself? Also, any tips on the PLANING step?
The burning creates a relief which makes the whole thing possible. Try to get it as flat and smooth as possible, then you will get a nice print.
Podría decirme si el carro deslizante está mas alto que el resto de la mesa?. El mío si lo está, 2 mm
Beautiful
Thanks ☺️
I like it. Is it dry ir wet wood ? Message from France.
You can do either, if you burn the piece when it’s fresh you won’t have any cracks in the cookie, if you wait and let it dry, the growth rings will be more noticeable. Usually you want to be somewhere between 😉
How long did that tree live for????
90 years

I have bought a Kärcher WD6 and made the same observation regarding the filter. I guess you have to use the vacuum cleaner with a bag. Otherwise you have to clean the Filter permanently. There are also reusable bags.
Totally, without bags not useable

Thanks

I use the size 1 and 1/0 Mustad hooks to freeline for snook ruclips.net/user/postUgkxzXmlErSqVAEGWFEKO530BvTqFDw53QW3 and they have been fantastic. The points are super sharp, and the hook is small enough to blend with my baitfish, yet large enough to land fish 30" or more. I also use these hooks when I'm pier or surf fishing with my kids. They tend to catch tons of smaller snapper, whiting, and catfish, and we get far fewer gut hooks with these Mustad in-lines, which means more of them survive after release. I was actually using these hooks when I caught my friend too, but I think that had more to do with the bait I was using ;-)
Does the karcher have power take off....?
Yes
Love your dancing
🤣
Wonderful work. How do you keep your tree rounds from cracking when burning. Am I just using too much heat? I get so many splits.
Hey Dan. There are a few factors that come into place, type of wood, how old or rather how dry, and how thick. I try to get my tree cookies quite fresh, plane and sand them, put it in a place were I can keep an eye on them, as soon as I can see the first small cracks I burn and print them. If you wait to long the cracks are bigger if you burn them to early you won't see the growth-rings as nicely. Would love to see your prints.
@@lahaart Thank you kindly for your detailed answers. I do appreciate you taking time for that. While sometimes the cracks look nice, I'm trying hard to get the rings to show. At times, the rings are quite dense/thick. Sounds like quite the balancing act between too long/not dry/too dry/etc. : ) I'm also trying to dry with salt or acetone. Again, thanks. I'll send some images when I get a bit more proficient.
Hi there can you tell me how to unblock a Karcher WD2 Premium Vaccum hose??? It has a bottle top stuck in it at the top end of the hose PLEASE HELP 🙏🙏🙏
Oops, my best guess is to take the hose of, stretch it a bit and push a broom stick through. If it's stuck in one of the bend/curved bit take the same broom stick and knock it, it shake it lose. Good luck.
This great. Thanks!
You're welcome.
If raising the log up and using the "ejectors" doesn't work then lift the log and put another log under the back edge so that the log gets forced down at an angle which will cause it to "twist" off.
Ha, that could actually work in some occasions, have to try this one out next season. Thanks
