what if you have been told by your gp that you can only do any LOW IMPACT EXERCISES because of osteoarthritic joints ??
oh, i would also add lower back problems (ie. bilateral sacroiliitis - joint/nerve degeneration in the sacroiliac region).
I would never avoid something. Its a just a case of how much/how often/your specific injury/scaling the exercise appropriately. There's endless variables.
