As salam alikum & Ramadan Mubarak! Thank you so much for your advise sis! I am a sleepy muslimah too…so I usually just stay awake until Fajr and sleep until dhuhr and have a nap some other time if I can. I’m going to try the face mist IA and use a jade roller on my face when I wake up because it is usually so cold. 🥶 Plus, it is something that I have that I don’t even use very much. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I will try the face mist and if it works I think I’ll try and make a hydrating DIY rose water/ aloe mix IA. But if the jade roller doesn’t work I’ll look at the ice face roller for reinforcement, inshaAllah. I use the same alarm clock but I only use the vibration and stick it under my fitted sheet (bc I’m so sleepy and disoriented sometimes I move it off the bed and go back to sleep 😮) The alarm is loud, but I still do not wake up to it 😵‍💫 Alhamdulillah Allah swt has made me a deep sleeper!

Masha’Allah. I do agree that making dua to keep us firm upon our deen is the most important, and should be part of our daily dua after every salat in sha’Allah.❤

Masha’Allah. Also try to think of the consequences of not getting up in time for Fajr, in terms of how displeasing it would be to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’alaa, and what it might mean for the future in this dunya and the Akhirah.

I have a Qur'an teacher, but i would like to start reciting with a teacher 5 days a week but it can be quite expensive in the UK to have 1:1 sessions five days a week. JazakAllah Kheir 💕💕
