Thank you for watching our channel and commenting
I live near bogalusa and I’m interested in buying the log deck. Can you give me their information so I can call about it.
Contact Bruce Miller. 985 735 1424
Thank you for watching!
Awesome equipment
I think so too! Thanks for watching.
Awesome video glad to see a video out from You I hope everything is doing good for you. God bless
Thank you for watching. Glad to be filming again.
I used to work there. Best job I’ve had so far.
Mr Robert, I'm thinking about buying a cat claw sharpener. I know you used 1 before buying the BMS 250. Is the cat claw worth it? Thanks
I used the cat claw for years. It is good machine and does good job. If I were only sharpening for myself I would still be using it. It costs more to run the BMS250 but it is so much faster and I love it for my business. Thank you for watching my videos. If you want to talk you can call me at 228 990 8262
New Zealand is missing the opportunity to add value and domestic jobs by letting China do the processing of New Zealand's lumber resources. So shortsighted!! Ray
thanks for watching!
Woah!!!!!!
Keep em coming
Thank you for watching
Thanks great stuff discovered video s because Woodmizer quit sharpening. Love the old blade cleaner
Thanks for watching!
Great work. Lucky bird
Thanks 👍
I Lived on levi bryant road outside lumberton for many years. I'm back home in wisconsin now. Thanks Der Guys
Thank you for watching!
While videoing this I cried my eyes out! It was amazing
The people who showed there honor to this fallen officer was touching. Support our officers and men and women of military. As a neighbor and an acquaintance I can say Mr Jeremy Malone was a stand up guy. RIP my friend
I appreciate that info. I will check my setter before I use it again. Keep uo the good work!
Glad to help
Have gone there often, Mr Eddie is a good man.
Impressive machine 👍🏼. Could someone please explain the placement of the controls? I understand that it is nice to be straight behind the blade, but it blocks half of the space to drag boards backwards. If the boards allways go forward or the the side I get it, but with an edger behind the back of the sawyer? Well, I guess it's all about preferences 😉😀.
I’m from Baxterville but live in Houston Texas now I was watching your videos and if you know dick Lucas he’s my cousin
Sorry, Don’t know your cousin. I live in Lucedale. Thanks for watching our channel
That’s a really good idea to cut the cants and then let them start drying instead of leaving them outside in log form.
I think so too. Thanks for watching!
That’s how most sawyers do down here! Makes it easier and faster once they get an order!
COULD YOU CUT A 52 2X4 FOR RAFTERS
Please contact Kevin who owns the sawmill for that information
The mill needs to have a metal detector wand,it would pay for itself in no time.
Boy that baker is impressive.
Thanks for watching.
hi there good sawing till . deep nail . nice , john
Thanks for watching
That was an awesome tour! Thank you! Look forward to PT2
Thanks for watching
sound advice.
Good to see you Mr. Robert! Subscribed! I hope you are having a great day.
Thanks and welcome
Awesome!!!
Thanks!!
Happy 🦃 Thanksgiving
Howard, I need to bring over about 30 blades to be sharpened. What is ya'lls Thanksgiving Holiday schedule?
Howard will be here. Just give him a call
I run a small sharpening business and I always tell people the set is just as important as sharpening.
Yes Thanks for watching.
Good video years ago I went to see a baker mill . I think with the cost of wiring them up the electric ones were way higher now with the price of copper it would be worse. Take care, be safe and well.
Thank you for your watching our video
That's some saw you have and you make sawing look easy that's in my opinion a lot of expirence on display. What a nice sawmill built large enough to make processing and managing stock efficient and pleasent to work with. Saw is amazing from the stock holddowns to the capability to easily with operator skills manipulate even seperate individual pieces of stock when needed. Saw from the sound could be run even faster if you desired and those thin evening cuts show that you could create plys from wood for bending and relaminatin, I wished you had shown close-ups of these thin slabs. Suggest maybe a larger loader, Ray Stormont
Thank you for watching. I was very impressed with the performance of this mill.
Yeah in EU most sawmill producers offers electric version - good if you need it sationarry - gasoline is good for mobile use...
Thank you for watching. I agree that electric is good for stationary use.
Thi old planer will be on life now 👍👍👍🙋..
Have you tried the CBN wheels from Baltic Abrasives. They are much better then Woodmizers and less money.
Yes we have! Thanks for sharing.
If it reads "J. A. Fay & Co" it is likely pre-1900.
Thank you for the information!
good video and job the planner is much older than you i would guess. take care, be safe and well.
Thank you. Take care.
Dont want to be the person on the outfeed side.😂
Probably not! Thank you.
Looks like it might be easy enough to make a chip deflector / dust collector shroud
A job for another day!
How much do you charge per blade?
$10 to clean, inspect, set and sharpen
Thank You.@@RRRNeveraDullMoment23
We purchased a Cooks first, and then the Woodmizer BMS250. The Cooks now sits with a dust cover on it as our backup sharpener if needed. The BMS250 with contoured wheels are superior. We sharpen our 1 1/2” sawmill blades, and 1 1/4” resaw blades on the BMS250. We’re running 3 hours on Sawmill blades, and getting 3-4 sharpening. We run 3 hours on resaw blades and get 5-6 sharpening’s. The blade tip sharpness and the grind into the gullet to eliminate stress cracks is superior and outstanding. We also like the blade sharpening oil because it cleans the pitch off of the blades, and has eliminated the need to wire wheel clean the blades.
THANK you for your comment. We also feel like the BMS250 is a far superior sharpener than the Cooks. My Cooks backup sharpener is also collecting dust along with the nine cams I have for it.
good video we round bale every thing now you can't get labor any more here. take care, be safe and well.
Thanks, you too!
❤😊
I miss you both so much 😎
So glad that we were part of it! 🎉
I miss yall
👍Did you get to tour the Grand Hotel ?
Unfortunately no. Next time!
