Several years ago, I lived and worked in Suzhou for a whole year, and loved it, so I was predisposed to like this trip, too. My previous China experience was interrupted by Covid, and I have felt sad about that ever since. I would have liked to stay in China longer. Yay, the last bit of the wonderful 80-km Bondi-to-Manly walk has been completed! Nice to revisit my old stomping ground - Shelly Beach, the last highlight of the walk, used to be my favourite snorkeling spot when we lived in the Northern Beaches.
