2 PTs; AA; turns R/L; AA Deployment sequence
Excellent setup, count and exit
Loud: READY SET GO before launch allows stu and instructor to leave as one unit.
Excellent chin up and body correction to Sr c h immediately out of the door.
Slow down movements - especially be mi dful of arch and legs before beginning obj.
Missed 1st PT success on 2nd
(This is why we do PTs)
Excellent confidence and PT clean up execution.
Take a moment to check:
Altitude, ARCH, LEGS, RELAX
Especiqlly begore movements.
You can see Owen loses his good arch and symmetrical legs during first turn.
Good clean up after V (legs out) signal.
Good AA and communication, especially at deployment sequence.
We see Owen struggl...
