why did I start therapy?
I had a difficult time fully adjusting to adult life - I constantly looked back on and romanticized my time in school, which only contributed to growing dissatisfaction and unhappiness of current state. Whether that's navigating challenges at work or in family & romantic relationships, I wanted someone/a safe space where I could unpack different challenges I was facing and come out of it with a better, healthier resolution instead of a spiral of more negative thoughts and sense of helplessness.
