    this video was very helpful. i see that your bike and my 2006 GSXR 750 have the same brake light wires and i was trying to find a video that explains like your video does but never found one until now so thanks

    When I see this type of video ,it reminds me to never buy a bike that's been messed about with..... just keep it standard.................

      bristol roy ...This is about as basic as it gets regarding modifications. Splicing wires, though mine were soldered, is no major undertaking. The rest was nuts and bolts and a few tabs. This project made my bike more visible and definitely safer.

    Dennis, I agree...that actually sounds like a better sequence. I find myself pumping the brakes when not moving so that it will flash when not moving at a stop light. My buddies tell me its very noticeable when we ride. Safe riding bro!

    You might want to consider when you are stopped at a red light with the brake on after the three flashes and the brake in on steady. Then a car comes up behind you and all they see is the same steady red light with no flashing to attract their attention. I like the repeating sequence for that reason.
