Toyota 4 pistons calipers rebuild (tip)
Lifesaver!!! I was about to come unglued !! 👍👍
How's that Makita xwt16 , Any updates on it , is it strong ?
Its been fantastic so far, exactly what i was looking for
@customevice6650 awesome thanks for the reply, you made up my mind , so I'm getting one for sure 👌 🤝
Air cooled?
Oil cooled.
@@ethanraper3380 ha? Like how? I own an exactly same, and i see a cooler infront of the engine, but no lid to put cooler in side?
Yes thats where your oil goes through
@@runijacobsen4650 it's similar to a closed cooling system on a car.. there is no place to add oil to the oil cooler.. you put oil in the engine, the oil is then sent from the engine through the oil cooler where the oil temp is reduced before returning to the engine..
You are a legend
Oh Hi Daddy!
Daddy Nice Helping Out To Others!
HE IS MY DAD
Wooo you just solved my problem, thanks bro 🤘
Glad to hear it!
I didn't see you put the rubber gasket in prior to the boot
@@S1RDUD3N3SS i did put it off camera, i just recorder the part that most people has issues with
good video My friend
Thank you 👍
Buddy you're cooked
Figure it out, weak fuel pump.
... Are these a Alloy caliper body, or steel?.
I believe they are steel
🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿
I’m having the same issues just my bike won’t prime anymore after cleaning the fuel pump… no codes except the c00 the dash is above and not in the middle. Bike won’t rev past 9k
You need tu adjust the tps, line should be in the middle
Hey, I'm getting ready to buy one of these from a person, and I'm sure it probably has similar problems. FYI If you are going to replace any one part in a multi carb bike you must rebuild and replace all the jets, floats, fuel valves, bowl gaskets, and everything. It's a complete rebuild, not just one piece, just saying 😊.
Just replace the float thats was pinched and full of gas and the bike ran for a whole year with no problems until i sold it.
👍 to the wife. Been there, done that
So was the problem carb 4?
Bad carb float
Excelente el video muy amble
Thanks for sharing....great tip!
When is part 3 online?
Lost the film, it had a bad carb float, that was all
Have you fixed it? One overseen issue is the fuel line and filter installed/running too low and/or faulty fuel valve. The reason being that there is only natural flow present, no pump.
One of the floats was pinched and full of gas, thats all
Perfect!Top man👍
Where were your mixture screws at
I dont exactly remember but i think it 2 and 2/4 turns
Thank you brother. Fantastic.
Welcome!
👍👍👍
Free Pulley ?
??
@@customevice6650 pulley I was always told it’s a free pulley
That was actually the tensioner
I think you have a vacuum leak from one of the carburetors make sure the vacuum line it's connected with the petcock and it's leaking gas from one of the braiding house because one of the carburetors the gas needle it's not closing right when you take the carburetors out blow air from the gas line make sure the air is not going through when your closet tested out one by one I got the same bike let me know if this information helps you out drive safe
Did you ever figure out what was wrong with the bike? And carb 4 as you mentioned? Got my carburetors on the bench now, and my spark plugs looked similar to yours. I am experiencing similar symptoms as you described with my bike , a -96 750 .
same issue with me 1999 750
mine will just like bog down almost like a non adjusted float or jets im not sure
Just ordered a set of new coils, I haven't tested the old ones yet, but got a deal i couldn't let go . 26$ for 2 brand new. Will update you when I get them
In my case , it was bad/broken wires going to the coils, heat and age along with many "i know it all" geniuses mess with the wires 😭🤮🤬🤬
Bad float on #4 carb. Fix all the issues.
Fuckin a..
Bravo, sir. Bravo. Thank you.
Thanks for the vid, but I believe you can separate the caliper and its more easy that way.
That’s what I did
@@TrumpTrainShortshow?
@@TrumpTrainShortsdo you happen to know what type of gaskets the bolts take? The ones that hold the caliper together?
@@ivancortez1262 There are no gaskets. I have 2 different calipers that have 17mm and 15mm bolts (2 each) and the other caliper is held together by 18mm and 16mm bolts (2 each). So there are total 8 bolts holding the front calipers together, without any gaskets, although the bolts have a hat top which is kind of a gasket I guess. There is 1small rubber o-ring inside a front caliper that seals the two pieces together, so make sure not to lose it when opening a caliper.
THANK YOU SIR! This problem was driving me crazy. Well done!
Que problema tenias ..? Te crujía al frenar al iniciar y retroceder marcha..
Thanks for sharing

The petcock on my 89 is vacuum operated. I replaced it and it made night and day difference. I still have some hesitance after the bike heats up doe
It could be the TPS.have to be adjusted.that would work.good luck and drive safe
TPS does nothing other than retard timing during cruise but even that is debatable.
Tps on this bike did not affect at all to run, try a million ways,
What car is this from?
06 tundra but toyota use them on must of them big vehicles.
The floats in the carbs have to be properly adjusted at at least 13mm from the base of the carb to the top of the float,to when the float touches the float needle and don't compress on it or it won't start or it will give you problems
Did that, i just didn’t realize one of them was cracked and full of gas. That was all my problems thank you
I have a 2006 katana 600, your problem is what I had. Very simply and cheap fix. You need to get new hose clamps/clips for your fuel hoses and minly the hose that puts suction out. You probably have an air leak like I had. This fixed my problem.
Why you all ways have to take this carbs more then 3 times😂😂😂.I have 2006 Suzuki katana 600 trying to put it back together. Now is my 4 time taking the carbs out . Good luck on your rebuild.
Hey i know what you are going through ,i have a 98 with 8k miles rebuild the carburetors synchronized them ran for a bit then more problems, i didn't give up now i have a bike with a bunch of new parts and no start, but good luck brother
did you just clean the carbs or rebuild them, check the air filter, and check the boots on the air box for cracks
I had a cracked float, thanks anyways
Where did u get the lip for the front bumper
