One thing that I would have done differently is that when Imperfect Cell was absorbing people, I would have had him use Tien's technique of splitting himself into 4 and then absorb people. That way, he could absorb 4 TIMES as many people and become that much more powerful. Also, when Imperfect Cell absorbed this person in this scene, I would have shown the victim's skin melting and dissolving just like the time Imperfect Cell absorbed the really rich guy when we first met him in his introduction scene.

What's so terrifying is that Cell can move faster than sound and juggle skyscrapers. If he wanted to, he could have done this so quickly no one would have time to realize they died.
