This is one of the biggest differences between local clubs and professionals; they penalize this all the time at local clubs! I think it's because we just don't play with as much speed and/or get as low as professional scrums do, and so it is even more obvious. But, the fun part is that it is actually a contest between you and the other hooker, and winning opposing scrum ball is awesome.
