This character is still level 4 and I certainly wouldn't want to waste all of my 10mm ammo on a single raider hideout, .38 on the other hand is stupidly easy to get and sure, it's not a good weapon but at those levels it will get the job done

@@arondudas6208 you get plenty of 10mm everywhere, never had problems with that 🤔 plus at the beginning dogmeat is quite overpowered and melee weapons are enough effective to save some ammo while fighting in corners or corridors

@@arondudas6208 I always take the same path in my playthroughs, I take all 9mm ammo in the vault, the .44 near the river for bigger targets, Red Rocket then straight to concord, they give you the laser musket, when you've finished with preston you have power armor and minigun plus plenty of junk to sell when you are in diamond city, there you get extra bullets from vendors, U buy a laser rifle there and by switching weapons never out of ammo fight 😎

I agree. I only collect pipe guns because they scrap for copper. I don't even let my settlers carry pipe guns.

You seen it in game or online, from ive seen no one else captured it in a video so who knows ive never seen them do that before.

Good question. The answer is simple i am a Level 4 character on hard with a perception of 4 plus a broken arm in the game which would lower the vats hit rate when targeting smaller limps so i go for the highest hight rate to make sure i can get a more successful hit. Hopefully that answers your question thanks for commenting.
