@@mandyslittlelife I was probably not her but I had quite a few friends from central I kept to myself a lot (late diagnosed autism) it was wild seeing a video from Muncie I haven’t been there in over a decade. You hit some memories ❤️

Autistic people can do many things it is not that they are incapable of is that they need more support on some things She speaks very abnormally and it is easy for people to assume it is autism but it could just as easily be a speech disorder.

people with autism are just as capable of doing things as neurotypical people. no two people on the spectrum have the exact same symptoms so there is no definitive list of things “autistic people won’t/can’t do”

@@kirstenb2359 I know, but Mina isn’t autistic . Ik autistic people are capable of things normal people can, but Mina isn’t autistic she’s 8 years old for gods sake 8 year olds mess up which can be mistaken for autistic people .

@@Eva-m3w kids as young as 18 months old can be diagnosed with autism. i’m by no means diagnosing her but the way she speaks is behaves is not that of a neurotypical 8 year old. she was speaking with a flat affect, she didn’t pick up on the social cues of the girl crying, and she avoided eye contact from her mom and aubrey when she was talking to them. now if u wanna make the argument that her mental health isn’t anybody’s business but her family’s then that’s totally understandable 🤷🏽‍♀️

@@kirstenb2359 well, Minas mom, Min actually opened up in an interview, that Mina often gets confused as autistic, yet she indeed is not autistic. I decided to dive in a bit deeper, her voice is not typically your “8 year old voice “ she js has a voice twist more then others, as everyone has different voices. And js because she avoided eye contact with the camera poor girl maybe didn’t wanna be filmed all the damn time. Also I wasn’t thinking this as an argument, more of a response responding to each other. But apparently not. And I wasn’t gonna say that her Mental health isn’t anyone’s business as it isn’t, but we’re just curious and this isn’t her mental health more her physical health but it is totally understandable. Now if you wanna take this apparently “argument “ with something else and you’re reasoning I would love to hear! Now you have a nice day ma’am.

i work with kids with varying levels on the spectrum and i definitely think it’s a big possibility that she does have autism. which if it’s true that doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong w her it just means she operates a little differently 😊

@@Kendall-hh4vd yes! She said one of the girls didn’t have lots of brain cells, and one of them got kicked off of a dance they were doing and she said she didn’t feel bad for her and it wasn’t her problem
