As auto service advisior i worked with thease companies. Would pay going labor rates for the area but sometimes insted on used parts or aftermarked parts. Depending on the part this could effect the quality of the repair. I was located in NW indiana essentialy a Chicago suburb. We had Chicago labor rates but they would try to insist on Indiana rates which were lower. We would not lower the rates for them. Slow paying as well.90 days or more. These companies count on customer not reading small print and not being knowledgeable on auto repairs. Many claims were denied. I have a friend who works for a company that approves or denies these claims for multible companies.. does mostly high end cars like BMW, AUDI. MY sphinctor musle tighten s wheni see ads for these companies.

There is an "aging" industry out there with warehouses that buys the cheese from producers and aging it, then selling it back when aged. IRR is a fair measure of how pricing is determined.

I listen on Spotify and not on RUclips often but wanted to atleast bring it to your attention. Most of the episode Girdly is super quiet and chill then Heather's energy just blows him out. To be fair, I love Heather as an addition to the pod. The banking experience is so appreciated!!!

Most opperations are owned by pilots but there are some that are not. Some chemical companies tried to start very large application business with many locations but all of them have closed down because the neuances of each location really require a problem solver which usually comes from an owner. Good video! I think it would have been good to have a sleep physician or a sleep tech on the show to answer a lot of those questions. I used to be a Respiratory Therapist many years ago. You didn’t have to be a sleep physician to own but definitely need a board-certified sleep physician as Medical Director and person reviewing the sleep studies. The sleep technicians (usually RT Techs) conduct the tests in the lab.

There is no value, does not make anything unique, property has a landlord. All you get is aging equipment and archives of garbage tv footage. He has underlings but no name recognition outside a very small group of nuts. Making 30 for 30 for tin hat docs.
