too fast and too sharp. also the notes are not as staccato as they should be. not phrased well either
@Camryn I’m in middle school band and my teacher is like this 😁 he’s very persistent we get the style right so no, they shouldn’t be cut slack.
Trumpet shouldnt blast like that but rest is good

Why’s it so fast?
The beginning the violin were rushing and off beat. You can hear that they play during the rest but one person actually fixed their mistake but the others didn't but overall it sounds ok.
Poki mane you do know that the tempo changes through out the song
@@qtyzl3346 actually the tempo changes in sections and the beginning where they were rushing and off the beat to the cellos. The cellos are the booms while the violin are the chucks it's supposed to be boom chuck but they boomed and chucked at the same time if you can hear that.
