This is basically a factory farm and your turkey feed isn't natural and it seems they have no sunshine on their bodies which they need. Like other poultry turkey should eat a lot of bugs, worms, green leafy vegetables and some grain. Soy is high in estrogen which makes it a junk food really.

Hmm I cut the breast from the breast bone down and remove the whole breasty then slice sideways so slices are not as thin and the meat stays together.

This is a better video than like 90% of the crap on the internet lately. Also yes, my family has made this in a very similar way for generations and this is absolutely a proper turkey cutlet Marsala. I like a bit more breading and a slightly thinker cutlet and if your not concerned with calories don’t be afraid to thicken the sauce. Sliced red grapes and a teaspoon or more of tarragon make for an excellent pairing for a lot of wines. Don’t be afraid to experiment especially when this video is so instructive on the timing.

like that man. Poultry business is very tricky and liable to many diseases. Only the air flow can give your birds a flue so that the whole lifestock will die. My dad used to keep chickens like this and we had a mechanical light connected clock to condition them to get up in the morning and go to sleep. You could show people how you burn the beaks, how they are killed and also how the mom serves them on the plate. Mmmmmm....turkey s good.

Sincere plain people do not kill and eat animals. Love your animals and they will love you back with milk, eggs, wool, and their labor. Animals are not stupid. If you start killing them, they will hate you. Love them, they will love you.
As long as you're feeding them, animals don't give much of a darn. It's not like they understand where other animals are going once you pull them out of the herd. And in situations like this, the whole flock is sent to slaughter at once and a new batch is brought in after the barns are cleaned.

@@whitneya.6930 I admit, turkeys are not smart like sheep, horses, and ducks. However, I once stood outside a chicken abattoir. Can chickens scream? Yes, they do. I would much rather have eggs, not meat, everyone should. California has a law by public vote, banning chickens in cages. Soy substitutes are increasingly gaining a market share over meat. The public is moving to the good.
