Feels refreshing to have someone share the same thoughts on this topic. I find solitude is great for self development, I feel numb and waste time "chilling" even with my parnter.

I've been trying to teach myself how to enjoy being alone and I really enjoyed seeing this perspective where you already feel comfortable with it.

Blake - one of the things I've doing to deal with the anxiety is immersing myself in things I like doing...even if I don't feel like doing them. I love to learn so I'm currently immersing myself in a Tagalog (Filipino) course via Rosetta Stone. I'm not Filipino. but I know many who are. And over the last year I taught myself to play electronic keyboard. lI'm still learning of course but it's immersive and that's what I need right now. What do you do with your spare time? Hobbies? Things that make you happy?
