What happens, if your computer/machine disconnect from each other during print with zero errors coming. Print head just freezes in a spot. I can hear an audible disconnect from the computer as well, and when I do hear it. I know the machine will freeze up and stop printing

Hello I have a Chinese wide format printer it was working perfect a week ago and now it starts to print then stops sits for awhile goes again stops. Sometimes it will show a connect Fail. If I let it sit it will eventually finish the print but it take a very long time. Do you have Techs that help on the phone. Looking for some help that speaks English. My Machine is a wide format Omajic Brand.
