Regional Print is a centre of excellence for creative printmaking, offering open access facilities, workshops, courses and events for artists, new learners and community groups.
The RPC RUclips channel offers a source of online content to include information, workshop guides, demonstrations and events to members, learners and anyone with an interest in traditional and contemporary printmaking.
Everyone is welcome please subscribe to our channel.

In this the second part of the collograph video from The RPC. We print the card plate, we used wood glue to draw making the plate, so take a look at the final outcome.

Welcome to another video from The RPC. In this episode we use a PVA based wood glue to draw an image onto the plate. Using a mount board card as the plate we will transfer a drawing and continue to work toward making the plate ready for printing.

This part of the film sees Nigel (RPC Facilitator) attempting to print the dry point plate using a hand baren but the day didn't quite go as planned. Sometimes the creative process just will not go in the direction you want it to but that's part of the process, please watch and see how he amanges the situation or Doesn't ???

As the RPC returns with another instructional video we see Nigel Morris, the RPC's coordinator- facilitator taking the viewers through making a dry point print. Using drypoint plastic we see drawing from a tracing using etching needles and a Dremel Tool.
