I unplugged mine pluged it back in and ot wont suck water. Motor spins no problem but i also see bubbles coming out of the intake
These filters are junk, I just bought my 2nd one within 1 year, and this one doesn’t work after using it 3 months !!! I will never buy this brand again. I have the exact same filter the 75 gallon one and you wouldn’t think that after only 3 months of use it would need to be oiled. Don’t buy this brand, they are junk.

Do they breed true?
Dw, they are not dying. This behavior are called sulking (playing dead). It usually occurs when water changing, new deco or a stress. But is normal for most Oscar fish.

To accommodate all these fish you’re gonna need something large this tank that they are in is way too small for all these big fish people do not think fish or animals just like any other pet and they need the space and attention

Don’t try and touch them if they have your scent the mother will throw them out the nest and unclaim them and feed the others that don’t have your scent
Yeah you're correct. Howrver, the babies have fallen out of the nest a few times which is why I've placed that bench just below so it catches their fall. I've plaved them back in the nest a few times. But yes in general touching sjiuldnt be done

Why are these huge different species of fish in this tiny aquarium that looks like it's getting flat like a flat screen TV this is not good it's really not healthy for them to be together and they probably need to check the nitrate levels in the water.💯
If you want more than one Oscar int one tank it should be no smaller than 120 gallons smh

This is NOT my aquarium. Saw this at an office and couldn't help but let them know about this.
This doesn’t look to be TOO small of a tank this seems to be a classic case of new tank syndrome. Oscars are quite hardy I’ve got 3 myself. The discoloration speaks to the longevity of their suffering. They need to stop replacing their filter media & need to get a water parameters test kit & also familiarize themselves with the nitrogen cycle so they can keep those beauties alive!

@@SRTBNXDZ Both Oscars & Convicts are Omnivores, These fellas are capable of eating each one another. In the wild they are enemies at any given stage. However there are exceptions when it comes to aggression with territory. Both Oscars & Convicts are territorial & will bash each other for territory. Say you put 1 2-3in Oscar in a tank with a 2-3in Convict, as long as they grow together, they should have mutually assured destruction this should keep them from attacking each other. Of course this is a suggestion from my experience! Of course giving them a larger tank & more room to swim around & setup territorial boundaries would be perfect, but I get it not everyone is made of money. But ideally a large tank with a bunch of little caves & crooks & crannies for them to hide in. Knowing you have Oscars you should have a few hiding spots big enough for them & a few small enough for the Convicts. Of course that's easier said than done. So to help your current situation I’d suggest using either acrylic or plastic or even glass. Just some sort of divider that allows water through & won't rust in the water. Something like a plastic lattice would work!

@@SRTBNXDZ if you are able, then you may want to Sperate the Oscars from everyone else & give them their own tank. Oscars require 55gal a fish.

Your fantail goldfish is way too small for that tank bro they get over a foot long in the right conditions, also they shouldnt be mixed with rasborras whyy mix cold water and warm species in such small tanks
Look closely at first. Those aren't rasboras, the goldfish is one of those feeder fish. Bought it to cycle the tank over a year ago and did not want to dispose it so I kept it in another tank - in a cold water tank. Male Betta fish are kept alone, female Betta fish can thrive in a community environment & that's a female Betta, easily recognizable. And lastly those feeder gold fish do not grow as much.
