Ex: Practice alternate nostril breathing, its available for free on Ishas channel and see if it makes you peaceful. 3) About Sadhguru and Osho: Continuing with the same mango analogy. If two people taste a mango aren't there going to be resemblances in what they say? Does this mean one has not tasted a mango and is imitating the other? If two people taste different varieties of mangoes, aren't there going to be slightly variations? If two people taste different fruits altogether, aren't there going to be more differences? Or take sports or music. If you're not able to spot the intricacies every sports person and every musician is going to look identical isn't it? Regardless of the gurus own realization, what is of importance is, can someone lay out a path for you to taste the mango directly? Do you find yourself growing? And the answer to that is an emphatic YES to Sadhguru from millions. The number of practitioners and visitors to the ashram and subscribers is the proof. 4) About Sadhguru and his wife: I think the speakers insinuations are extremely crass and only reflective of their own state. a) Sadhguru's daughter Radhe and all the other people who were present are 100% supportive of Sadhguru. b) Speaker, imagine for one second, "WHAT IF" you are wrong - not only would you be defaming someone innocent, but you would be severely hurting someone who's already experienced a deep tragedy. c) Lets talk about the motive you are speculating -- illicit relationship with someone else. An illicit relationship happens when one is under the grip of physical or psychological urges or compulsions. The Yogic practices and path is all about overcoming them, distancing yourself from the body and mind and ruling them instead of being ruled by them. If you practice them for a few days, you can notice this effect. Why and how will someone who has mastered it harm another life? 5) There are some factual errors in the message - ex: at 10:19 its not "Vigyan Vaibhav Tantra" but "Vigyan Bhairav Tantra". Why am I highlighting this? Because this shows his total unfamiliarity with the topic and the possibilities it offers. Vigyan Bhairav Tantra is very well known thing and talked about/commented by many. Further, if he was familiar with it, and Yoga Sutras, he would have enough context to understand Sadhguru in the right context. Someone with a soldier mindset will never be able to understand. While the speaker is wearing a blazer and mocking, he is no different from the emperor in the parable - "The Emperor's New Clothes"! The joke is on you, Mr. speaker!
