This is a challenging and focusing mini-practice for ya! Mercury retrograde got my sides mixed up! Here's the sort of practice I do before lunch, after I've been working at the computer. This practice harnesses intensity into challenging strength poses, and then helps you to settle in and re-center. If nothing else, it will help you balance when you have to balance and tie your shoe!
