    I would check if what u ve taken is actually mk677, cause what u are describing sounds like dianabol or something similar wich make sense cause is way cheaper

    try being diabetic and not just wanting to lose weight, dear one ;) I do agree with you on the 'why did you do that?' -pizza (not bad if wasn't for the crap oils that oxide) buuuuut also don't want to enable orthorexia which is real!

    Muscular dystrophy is the most emasculating disease for an alpha male to be afflicted with. Your spirit says FIGHT, but your body cannot back that up. I attempted suicide thats how Muscular dystrophy broke me.

    My muscles are diseased and consequently don''t come back stronger; otherwise I'd live at the gym. I exercised hard for a period all it did was exhaust me and leave me feeling clinically depressed as I saw NO improvement. I'm delighted you are improving and seeing results. God bless

    I have mitochondria myopathy I slip in shower broke my femur and tibia bone I was laid up for awhile non weight bearing as a result this I got a lot weaker I’m in a wheelchair now I do therapy twice a week I had a lot of ups and down there’s days I feel like giving up my neurologist said a lot of supplements are a waste of money I have tried creatine and hmb I’m not sure if it works yet

    Thank you, found this. Will try creatine.. allergic to most of what you take. :((((. Maybe Collagen as a protein? Will look up HMB! I would also recommend Alpha Lipoic Acid mg twice a day with Acetyl L Carnitine mg. Notice difference immediately in walking up hill and dreaming (which I didn't do before).. Will also try the joint mobility. Thanks for this!!

    15,660 repeats, but DM 2. I lost muscle while working out but I couldn't figure out while doing 100 sit ups a day why I was loosing muscle. (This was before diagnosis) But I'm still trying and changing things to try and stop the degeneration. Can you recommend what to supplement with?

    Good form but when your coming down you want your wrists to be at your chest level, and when you come up and you get to the top of the lift bring the weights together

      Actually, you really don't want your elbows to go below your lats, that's how injury occurs, and not really gaining anything

    I went and had mine tested a few days ago and waiting on the results. I know mine is low bc ive had everything else checked that could cause my symptoms. If it is low though, I dont know if I will do TRT bc i dont want want balls to shrink lol

      @@marabellofitnessllc8918 well, when I get my results and if the dr does suggest trt, hopefully he will give me the option and prescribe be to one of those. Is it like a pill I would take daily? I hope its not another injection. I HATE needles but from what i understand trt injections are more effective than get or pellets. I would hate to have to have ANOTHER injection besides trt

    Hii have limb girdle muscular dystrophy. Can i build muscle again. Now I'm unble to climb stair without support, i can't run, i cand get up from ground without support. Please help me to regenerat my muscle. Even my brother have same prblm. Now I'm 23 yr old and from 18 symptoms are started

      @@manishajadhv5466 try some creatine monohydrate everyday for a month and see how strength feels. Start with very easy exercises for 29 minutes 3 days a week try to build up but go slowly. This takes a lot of time but will help. Supplements can help. Like creatine, protein , HMB, are the best!

    Keep up the positivity brother! I too, have been diagnosed with DM1. I'm 56 now and looking back, I suspect I have been experiencing symptoms for about 10 years and only found out and confirmed through DNA testing about 2 years ago. A couple things I'd like to mention for the forum is, my neurologist indicated that I should not lift too heavy as it may accelerate the atrophy and muscle wasting that comes with the condition. So, as it progresses, keep that in mind and continue to stretch a lot and do lighter weights. I know this doesn't help in bodybuilding. Also, and found out by chance, I was prescribed an anti-inflammatory/steroid for another condition (my back, as well), and it relieved my pain, but ALSO reduced the swelling in my joints (in my fingers!) and my grip strength increased, and much of my symptoms were relieved quite a bit. I wasn't fixed, but symptoms definitely improved functionality in my body. However, we cannot be on steroids, so it is not a long term fix; nothing is... My message is changing diet to reduce inflammation also helps along with lighter weights and stretching to feel better. I used to be a high-school wrestler and ride dirt bikes and grip strength was key in both of those activities, so it bothers me tremendously that my wife opens jars for me these days! LOL! Stay STRONG!!!! Mind and body!

    Ppl with MD can not do these exercises. It's impossible to strengthen muscles, they get destroyed faster! We lack a protein to repair or strengthen muscles.

    Fk bro you are dedicated to fighting it. I'm 38 have becker's no where near your dedication but I don't let it keep me down, able to jump on electric hybrid bike and do long walk and hikes with hiking sticks. I think you will be in much better shape at my age, it's a tough desease but not the end of the world can still live a good life.

    How long do you workout and how intense are those workouts?

      I warm up for about 30 minutes and then I workout for about 45 on the weekdays and about and 60-75 min on the weekends. I read how my body is feeling if I feel fine I go as hard as hell and challenge myself every rep if I am not optimal I’ll pull back and stay lighter weights and focus on on contraction.
