For your rotors, those two small holes should allow you to thread a bolt through and push the rotor off of the knuckle (unless that’s for a retaining screw… I’m not an evo guy.) Also, I use permatex ceramic brake grease on the hub and any surfaces the rotor / wheel are touching. I live in a snow / salt state and I never have any problems taking things back off.

I really wish you did an actual install video. But thanks for the tips. The katskin place says to leave the OEM headrest covers on. Just use the vacuum bag method to shrink the foam to install the leather. I have a set arriving in the next few days. What heat kit did you get?

I’ve been trying to think of a way to make a box for these 8s under an f150 crew cab seat. I already have and made a box for a L7t slim 10” and I’m not happy with it . What do you recommend?

i just bought a 99 e46 328i it has the same shifter and it has been doing the no man’s land shift + it already has some slop in the shifter, i wanna replace bushings bc it’s scaring me, i’ve gotten stuck trying to go from 3-4, 4-5 on the highway

The box port is too small thats why its sounds like a blower aka chuffing lol make the port area bigger and you will get more out put and less chuff make its 16 inches of port area per cube

I have a stock electrical on my 2018 RAM 3.6L. Running a Memphis 1500.1 mono amp to a DeafBonce SA-302 12" with 2000 RMS and it SLAMS in an SPL box. Voltage drops to low 13's in full slam. Thinking of adding a 75x4 watt amp for my upgraded door 6x9s. You think Alt upgrade if the voltage drops more, or a battery in the back to help the sub amp? I know mid and highs won't draw lots of juice for a daily driver.

Learned my lesson on installing Clazzio leather in my Tacoma, getting Katzkin's for the Tundra and not going to do DIY it. My hands, fingers, arms and shoulders were killing me. They look great and can't wait to get them installed.

Awesome video! I have the same truck..just went through this myself. .I'm went with a Kicker box with 10" subs pretty compact unit but it sounds pretty good. Wish I would have come across this video before hand I bet yours sounds much better than mine.

Looks great. I think I’ll pay to have this installed. I plan on ripping the carpet out and rubber type flooring installed. I have dogs and the carpet and cloth get nasty.

Nice Job. I just got Katzkin Leathers to replace the awful "leathers” the dealer installed in my Prius that did not hold up well at all. Did you need a special socket for the bolts that holds the airbag clips to the seat? I saw one video and they needed a reverse torx socket to loosen those bolts. I’m just trying to gather together the tools I need before I dive in. Also, great tip on the zip ties. I’ve installed upholstery using hog rings before and I was really dreading that. Have they held up well?

I prefer garlic sausage. Or a nice smoked.
