Duck eggs are the best to use for baking cakes or baking period If those eggs are from your Chickens, don't wash them until you're ready to use them and don't put them in the fridge either.They can stay on the counter for weeks.

Thats a duck egg! You can tell between the duck eggs and chicken eggs duck eggs are emoother to the touch and theyre normally white or if you have an exotic duck then it can be blue, brown ,speckled or white !
