Yes it's always best to store egusi,ogbono and even crayfish whole. Egusi and ogbono contains oil and grinding them releases the oil so overtime it goes rancid giving it that weird taste and smell. Meanwhile I didn't see Ukwa in your unboxing oo abi una no really send am😂😂
I had no idea about the egusi before, but now I know. Ahh, the almighty ukwa..funny you mentioned it cause I was beating myself up for not remembering to order. As the only Anambra girl amongst my family of 4, I am afraid I am the only one who absolutely loves it. Next time sha 😁
