How do you rename footers/ headers in the template editor?

I am not sure but to me it looks like this option does not exist anymore. Edit with Elementor and One Page V1 Header is not available and the Header option within Elementor is available just for Pro Plan. Please check but I just created a test page and it's just frustrating not to get the proper result :(

In general, the REA plugins have no compatibility issues with other plugins, unless there is a specific conflict with that particular plugin.
