This is amazing and so are you!! Thank you for sharing your story, for being incredibly brave. In my next sentence, my intention is to convey how much peace and comfort your channel gives me. I won’t go as far as saying I struggle with depression, but I struggle in a very specific area of life. The emotion I feel is one of strong sadness. That said, as cheesy as this might sound, whenever I watch your videos or you write back, it almost feels like you’re giving me the warmest virtual hug possible. I can legitimately feel your vibe through your words. It’s people like yourself who help me breathe easier just by being here. Thank you for that!! (I hope our paths will one day cross in person so I can thank you in real life.) You are a beautiful human being. I had to stop this video to write this. (I’m going to continue watching once I write my thoughts.) I didn’t want to forget what I wanted to ask. First, before I ask my questions, can I just say this was a very interesting video. On the topic of vibes, I firmly believe in a person’s energy or vibe they give off. I know that’s because I’m constantly looking for comfort. I’ve often heard a lavender scent is amazing to quiet anxiety. In your opinion, what else has worked for you sent wise when it comes to calming anxiety? I enjoy hearing opinions like this. Also, what’re your thoughts on vibes? Meaning, how do consistently find those places of calm whenever you’re in a new environment, for example? P.S. I just discovered the importance of attachment styles in all relationships. My attachment style is largely anxious attachment, which isn’t a surprise to me.

When you live in a smallish city your whole life people only see you as you former self even if they haven’t seen you in years !! You can change ur whole life but people will still view you as the person they used to know

As someone who has struggled with depression, I can definitely say that it’s not easy and you need to take a day by day and figure out what works for you and journal a lot and move around, also taking supplements and drinking water iced water and your focus has definitely worked for me

Love this!! It’s true. I want to say something, but I’m not sure how to say it without it coming off a different way than I intended it to. My intention is to convey how I’ve always appreciated the women in my life. Here it goes. I’ve always felt more comfortable around women. This isn’t to say I don’t appreciate the friendships I have with men. I absolutely do. (I get along with a lot of different people, no matter who they are.) It’s just women have always nurtured, brought out the gentler side of my personality. I’m also a naturally more introspective thinker, usually nervous person as well, unfortunately. So the women in my life have usually calmed this side of my personality.

I found this very exact same time in my life was a gift, not to find, reinvent or to pursue myself, but ironically it was the time God gave me to learn who God and Jesus Christ were and to pursue them and their kingdom. I left the commercial world 10 yrs ago, selling and exchanging my soul to be of God's worship kingdom. Now that's my full time love, and I can't look back. I was the guy who many said, "gosh, you have a great life and world." And I did. But I was both alive and dead at the same time. Now, I'm not only alive only, but I am free. Hi passing through and discovered your channel, I just wanted to say, that everything you were feeling was valid, yes it can cause problems within your relationships with other people, but as you said it is a choice, I'm not gonna lie right now I'm dealing with my own depression, I don't really know why either, but listening to your story was a good reminder to try and focus on what you can control, I hope this reaches you and I'm glad you're at peace now. 🙏🙏🙏

Thank you so much for being brave enough to share your story. It probably wasn’t easy at all. Without going in to it, given my physical disability, I’ve had strong sadness for years now, especially once I reached my 30s. I wouldn’t say depression entirely, but it’s-the situation-absolutely causes strong sadness. This video will help so many people. I know it! I can’t wait to watch / listen in its entirety!!
