Nice! Let them realize how much work is done to plan a lesson. Yes! Empathy, Reasoning and Engagement. Does same rule apply for a classroom of 50 or more students? Nice practical approach about class environment. How teachers and students are living in different worlds even in the same class room.

Another example of excellent work. Thank you, Maam. Parents definitely should not put pressure on their kids. But why do parents do it ? Because with good grades they can be admitted to well known colleges or universities or earn scholarships. Schools, Colleges and Universities need to chnge the myth of good grades and evaluating students based on just grades. Need to define new criteria to asses any student Interview + Sports grades should never be considered even the smallet % too. Then students will be able to give their best of abilities everywhere ... Who is gonna take that initiative ?
