Si elle est une véritable icône à Madagascar - suite à ses débuts avec le groupe Lolo Sy Ny Tariny, Hanitra a très vite choisi de s’exporter, pour bâtir sa carrière. Invitée sur de nombreux festivals dans le monde entier, Hanitra a trouvé la recette d’une world music raffinée et accrocheuse qui navigue entre folk à fleur de peau et morceaux plus rythmés. Son troisième album Lasa, à paraître en octobre 2015, sera un hommage à la chanteuse Lhasa De Sela.

Invited to many festivals around the world, Hanitra found the recipe for a world refined and catchy music that sails between folk on edge and more rhythmic pieces. His third album Lasa To be published in October 2015, will be a tribute to the singer Lhasa De Sela.
