Aapne invoice ko OTP dalke upload Kiya hai ye confirm kare..or agar confirm kiye hai to contract order pe order Dene wala alag hoga or consignment check karne wala consignee alag hoga. Uske id pe dikhega.

अगर आप बायर हो और आप बीड बना रहे हो तो आपको नया अपडेट आया है की लास्ट पेज पे बीड ड्राफ्ट डाउनलोड करने के बाद बोलिको की जेनरेट करने के बाद वो बीड आपको बीड ड्राफ्ट में मिलेगा अन्यथा वो बीड मिलेगा नही। और अगर आप वेंडर हो तो आप बोली को लॉगिन किए बिना बीड नंबर को exact serch tab को यूज करके आपको बीड मिलेगा।

जेम के हिसाब से मिनिमम 5 लाख के उपर डालना है। अगर हमने काम कीमत का सर्विस बीड किया तो बीड में हिस्सा लेने वाले L1 वेंडर ने कम कोट किया तो उसे ओपन करने भी नहीं देता जेम। ये नया अपडेट अभी सर्विस में आया है।

पहले अपना जेम अकाउंट लॉगिन करे फिर प्रोफाइल में जाके बैंक डिटेल में PFMS वेरिफाई पे क्लिक करे और वेरिफाई होनेके बाद एक ग्रीन कलर का बटन ऑन दिखेगा। बैंक अकाउंट नेशनल बैंक का हों तो अच्छा रहेगा कोई कॉरपोरेट बैंक ना हो। धन्यवाद

सबसे पहले बिल किस लॉगिन का हे ये देखिये.. बिल अगर प्रॉडक्ट का हे तो आपको प्रॉडक्ट ऑर्डर लिस्ट मे मिलेगा ओर सर्व्हिस हे तो सर्व्हिस लिस्ट मे होगा. अगर वहा नाही हे तो सिर्फ sanction number से सर्च करे तो आपको वो मेलेगा. फिर भी अगर नाही मिला तो आप contact करे. 9307772434.

सबसे पहले आपका कॉन्ट्रैक्ट ऑर्डर में बिलिंग सायकल क्या है ये देखिए और उसके हिसाबसे आप अपना सर्विस इनवाइज बनाओ। आपका प्रश्न का उत्तर है आप कभी भी इनवाइज जेनरेट कर सकते हैं लेकिन बायर ने वो इनवाइज रिजेक्ट किया तो आप फिरसे इनवाइज नही बना सकते। जेम का ये टेक्निकल ग्लीच है उसके बारेमे जेम से कोईभी अपडेट नही आया है। मेरी माने तो आप बायर से पुछके ही इनवाइज बनाए।

स्टेट गवर्नमेंट लॉगिन करके देखिए वहा BOQ का ऑप्शन आता है या नहीं। सबसे पहले जब जेम शुरू हुआ था तब स्टेट और सेंट्रल कोई भी बायर BOQ बोली बनाके समान लेता था लेकिन जेम ने वो ऑप्शन सिर्फ सेंट्रल बायर के लिए रक्खा है। आप अगर स्टेट बायर है तो लॉगिन करके देख ले शायद वो ऑप्शन आपको मिले। आपके सवाल के लिए धन्यवाद।

अगर आपने बीड बनाते वक्त 25% एक्सटेंड का क्लोज सिलेक्ट किया है तो आप पूरे टेंडर कॉन्ट्रैक्ट से सिर्फ 25% टाइम बढ़ा सकते है। उदाहरण के लिए जैसे मेने हायरिंग ऑफ इंस्पेक्शन व्हीकल कॉन्ट्रैक्ट 12 महीने का दिया है तो में उसे सिर्फ तीन महीने के लिए ही बढ़ा सकता हूं।

इसके लिए आपको एक आसान तरीका बताते हैं। जब कभी कोई बीड पब्लिश होती हैं तो पब्लिश होनेसे तीन दिन के भीतर आपको Representation डाल सकते हैं। जो कोई आपका सवाल है वो पूछ सकते हैं। बिना उसका जवाब दिए कोईभी बायर आगे नहीं बढ़ सकता।

अगर आपने ऑर्डर दिया है तो वेंडर कोई भी हो इनवोइस देना ही पड़ेगा बिना इनवोइज के पेमेंट नही होगा। अगर कोई वेंडर 20 lack से कम टेरनोवर रखता है तो जेम खुद उसको बिना जीएसटी बिल जेनरेट करके देता है। अगर जेम का इनवाइस नही है और जेम पे ऑर्डर है तो बिना जेम इनवाइज पेमेंट नही होना चाहिए।
