Just say "Jesus" as in calling to him for help, you don't even need to say it out loud, just thinking it will do, I did it and it worked. Say you are on your bed and you smell foul breath of rotten flesh as an entity breaths over your face with a rather disturbing raspy breathing noise and very deep growls meaning that it must be huge physically, and terrified you don't even want to show this entity that you are conscious, so you say "Jesus" in your mind without moving your lips, your throat or any muscles, and you must say it focusing on him as you would focus on your friend when you call to him/her. I have seen Incubus twice however I do not see it as an attritive being however extremely tall ugly too with long figures, it reached out and tried to put its finger into my hand it was so creepy and in a sexual way. Hi. I have a huge respect for your work regarding dark entities and the light which your view gave me in order to deal with it. But I am not quite in the area of entering in a contact with my higher self. I am not quite in the idea that there is one. I am familiar with what Bob teach us about our Higher Self and the aspects of it (us), but I am not totally in it. I do not know why. I do not resonate. In a lesser degree I am not in the idea that I can have a contact with it - can be just a fantasize of my ego, and I saw a lot of ego-spiritual oriented people who are juggled around such a contact. They are full of bs. I disagree with them and I want to stay safe from my ego fantasies (I have enough anyway). Also, I do not think that there is a purpose. And if there is one, I do not think that can be communicated through a contact with my higher self, whatever it is (and not through a meditation - a lot of people has huge barriers to reach the void anyway). I do not totally reject the idea that some of us could have a soul purpose, for ex: could be just for having a human experience. Anyway, if it is also my case, if I gave my consent to have such an experience, I am an idiot anyway. I do not think there is a purpose. I can approve just the idea that the only purpose is to live, to have an experience and to gain wisdom. As the emotions born during the experience are collected by others, I remain with the wisdom. Which after my transition, also, is taken by others, if I am not awakened. I prefer to establish a purpose in a conscious manner, as for ex: to not come back here, to have a conscious transition and to take my wisdom with me, and recover the archive from my previous experiences. The idea is that I do not trust myself in describing my soul purpose, me or the higher self (if there is one). I resonate more with the idea that I am able to regain my free will in order to create a purpose in a conscious manner. Anyway, I do not like the idea that I could be programmed to fulfill a purpose for which I do not remember to gave my consent. So, even in the probability this is true, I prefer to hijacked it. And, in the present moment, means to become free. This do not mean that I did not done your meditation.

It's not the same, it's actually often times somebody I know in fact. But the strangest part is I have had paralysis and seen the demon in grim reaper form a couple times as well.

I was reviewing some dream journals I've written almost 30 years ago up til today, and just realized that I've been in presence of a succubus my entire life. Might have been inherited from my parents/family. I've been in New Age, Witchcraft and now reading the Bible and now humbling myself to Christ. That said, I like that what you explain is actuality accurate in all 3 of those belief systems. If that can help others, in my case, it was not just in the form of dreams but also recently in the form on intrusive thoughts during the day. Whatever those things are, they are nasty/demonic. I think the verse "But I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lust has already committed adultery with her in his heart." is pointing exactly at incubus/succubus. I am a virgin in my early 20s. I dont get these dreams anymore but when i was a teenager i would get them alot. A dark shadow would have it with me and I’d wake up sweating/guilty. It was so scary. Id pray in the dream to get rid of it.

This so true. A few years ago there was an incubus raping me for months. Whenever I slept on my stomach I would get paralyzed and feel pressure going up my butt.
