All of these don't work, hard reset force restart, updating on iTunes, restore on iTunes, I get an error it can't update and an error when restoring, the phone gets out of recovery mode halfway through both. I get error unknown with codes 4041 and 4042. It flashes the apple logo and sometimes stops and is stuck on battery logo and sometimes is switching between battery and apple signs. Anyone have any suggestions???

Unfortunately this mwthod doesn’t work on my iphone 6. I did all the steps described but the screen remains at apple logo, and the progress bar under it does not move, no matter how long i keep the phone connected to my macbook.

WHat happened if you don't have the original pc with the back up .... can I take any other pacy and doing method number 3 ?

There must be 100 videos saying the same options... if your storage is mostly FULL you CAN’T update because that requires MORE space. & I can restore from a backup but the backup is at the exact same capacity too!!!
