Great video! Thanks for sharing! As an MSP, we've deployed Grandstream phones in conjunction with a variety of PBX platforms for many of our clients. Our current setup, which pairs Grandstream hardware with Thirdlane Multi Tenant PBX - great combo and fantastic phones!

But how do you press # in response to an in call prompt? I can't tell you how many times I have been asked to "Please press pound to proceed." and have been unable to do anything.

the red light keeps blinking, deleted all call from history and voice mails it still keeps blinking. anyone know how to fix this.
it's been a while since you've posted this, but if you press the history button and arrow down to review received calls, this will clear. The light is notifying you of a missed call you haven't viewed.
my bluetooth is missing how do I get it back?

Is it possible to add a programmable line key or multi-purpose key to connect the phone to an analog trunk on an FXO port? And I don’t mean using a dial pattern.
when adding a number to 'Blacklist' will that block any future incoming calls from that number on all phones in our office or just the extension that set it to 'Blacklist'...???
I believe that it's just for that one extension
After trying to find out why our new Yealink T48s would automatically send calls to voice mail, display an unknown orange arrow at the top of the screen that would not go away, as well as displaying a "forward to: 13" message, when calls came in, I decided to research the matter on RUclips. I came across this video and learned that the transfer button was the problem. Somehow, it had been turned on. This video has saved me from returning the phone to the company, and having to be without office communication for a week. Thank You.
