a slightly different project from my normal needle lace.
I really enjoyed all the different aspects of this one.

    This is amazing! What is behind the mirror? Do you use the pillow to support your arms while it sits in your lap?

    Hi Grace. What lovely work. I'm a complete novice when it comes to Reticella. What book would you recommend for me? I'd like to do it on fabric. I mix cross stitch and Hardanger in one piece. This looks like a fabulous next step! I love the name of your channel.

    I love that picot. Trying to learn and very difficult for a total beginner. Not much out there for beginners, in videos or books. But I'm fumbling along. Thanks for what you've shown here. Where is your website? You mention it, but not where to find it.

    Даже, если очень хочется понять первые шаги в этом прекрасном рукоделии,то невозможно! Очень быстро всё крутится, не фиксированно,одним словом показывается,но так, чтобы не очень понятно было. Спасибо.

    Which thread are you using and How will you take out the design out out the plastic.... It will damage it.... Iam really confused....plzzz help

    • @gracegamble7462
      @gracegamble7462 3 года назад

      I am using two types of thread. the tacking threads are plain sewing thread and they go through the plastic and pattern and give you something to build your lace on but they will be removed when done. the linen thread is what you keep. when you remove it from the plastic (and pattern) you just cut the taking thread and not the linen tread.

    ¿Qué nombre recibe el papel de trabajo? Gracias por su enseñanza

    • @gracegamble7462
      @gracegamble7462 3 года назад

      Utilizo solo papel de impresora normal que refuerco en la parte superior con vinilo de tapicería. (pero podrías usar cinta transparente o vitela de artistas en la parte superior si no tienes una fuente para el vinilo).

    Thank you so much for these videos! I have been doing reticello/punto antica on evenweave so far. This is very helpful to be able to create detached motifs. Do you have to stiffen the pieces after they are completed? Thanks again!
