Hows the pvp community now? Been years since ive played, dark souls was the only one i really could play for hours
it's pretty dead but fun
Meta level is mostly the same 20-30 people. It can be daunting because they're a damned experience bunch. Easy to find activity at low level and at SL40-60.

Actually you toggled after a stun animation so that's not toggle escape. It made things even worse as OTTO could bs you since you lost a bs immunity when toggled:)

DS1 pvp is so funny some times. Players with the poise diaper and the chainmail do all this tech and toggle all the time and end up losing miserably.
This player is pretty good - I had their number this time but they beat me at least as often as I do them. I think the difference-maker here is that kkd was playing to respond to my aggression and I kept it passive.

Surprised to see gravelords at Sen’s!
I really like gravelording and I thought it would be super fun to get invaders to chase me around the funhouse. It was! Opening up the elevator is useful for influencing invasion spawns far from each other. It feels kind of like TTing in Elden Ring.

When I see a FPS user I get big misericordes (kick) in my eyes
I’ll have to try that. The PMF method is very slow and resource intensive to set up and proc repeatedly, and loses more often than not in a battle of attrition against a more capable Fingerprint user with an engaged ally.

Oh, for sure. Over-level phantoms are a fact of life when you invade at level 30. That phantom looks to me like it is at least at meta level, maybe higher.
@@elduggio99 what I would do if I was the developer is I would make overleveled phantoms completely incorporeal when an invader at least 50 levels lower than them comes into the world They can't be seen by The invader they can't attack The invader they can't collide with the invader It would leave a low-level host who likes to use over leveled friends to beat the game completely at the mercy of a player who actually wants a challenge 😂
