Hotel from Hell I would like you to redress our stay at your hotel - from 28/08/2024 to 04/09/2024. After looking at your 'reviews' we decided to stay at your hotel and have 7 days at a relaxed beach location, despite reading some negative reviews - what fools we were. The idea was to sit on your beach and relax hearing the waves gently lap upon the sandy beach but your website is false about what you are and deliver - of course with all due respect. However, this wasn't what we found, there was a beach bar called the 'Payot Bar' that played Rave and Rap music all day and late into the night, it was like being in Ibiza at Techo beach bar. I accept that a beach bar would play music but these were powerful loudspeakers there was a DJ playing very very loud music which you couldn't get away from. Not even on the beach was a constant thump thump of the bass even on the beach let alone hearing it in our room. We tried to join in once in the evening at the 'Payot Bar' and I asked the DJ whether he would play a request, which wasn't out of context of what was being played, I wasn't asking for Mozart it was, Loca People Viva la Fiesta, I think it's called irony but at least it wasn't gangsta Techo rap. The DJ said it would cost 5 Euros - 5 euros for the DJ to play a request Unbelievable! Even in our room, we could get away from the thump thump of the very loud bass, unless we closed the patio doors, I don't even know what 'gangers rap is'? There were a couple of events scheduled, from 21:00 to 23:00 fair enough but the music started at 11:00 and went on to 01:30. When we complained at reception we were met by saying, "No, you are wrong and anyway no one else has complained", which was not the case as I met and had spoken to two other people who had said that they had complained about the music volume. There seems to be a disconnect between reception and what happens down near the beach. Dinner From 18:30 to 21:30 we had someone who came up to us while we were eating (21:15) and said that we had to finish by 21:30 as the restaurant closes at 21:30. Five minutes later he came back and said sorry, about that, the buffet close at 21:30 but you can stay as long as you like. Then at 21:25 someone else came and said you have to finish by 21:30. - I then noticed an argument which I couldn't hear both of them so which was right? This would never happen in a 5-star hotel and certainly not in a Radisson. (which of course, it is not) We had a room that had a swimming pool just outside our room however, there was no sunshade or parasol so it was mostly unusable during the day. I asked at reception for a parasol I was told that they don't provide this service! We had to hire a car to get out of your gated hotel just so we could relax. Of course, we are just stupid foreign tourists and are nobody but for us, we had a holiday from hell when we expected a relaxing time on your beach and we paid you good money. Your hotel can't be all things to all people, it's either a family venue and a place to relax or a Rave music venue, you choose. I did notice after that your replies to other customers who complained in reviews were and I quote you: “ IMMEDIATELY AFTER RATES DROP DOWN IN OCTOBER WE FACE THEIS ATTACK, FROM CHEAPY CHEAPY CLIENTS THE WAY YOU DESCRIBE SHOWS YOUR LEVEL OF EXISTANCE” Are you for real? What rude and offensive replies.

Thanks for leaving the political posts up. Given this video is about tourism, you could've easily deleted the posts critical of Israel. That being said, the beauty of the beach & its close resemblance to the beaches of Southern California make it easy to understand why some Palestinians would be upset that it no longer belongs to Palestine. ✌️🌎🕊
