Descendants of Bashar (DOB) is a group of non-physical pure energy entities as channelled by Josie Dobash.

Thank you I needed to hear this today, I uncovered a lot of unprocessed pain from my childhood recently and realized what the root cause was. Since then, I’ve felt moments of extreme rage when presented with a situation reminiscent of that initial hurt and was trying to move around the anger rather than through it; treating it as an enemy rather than a friend. This was really helpful in helping me to release that rage

how do I allow my true self to reveal itself to me please tell me ? I'm getting tired of the mind's play, I'm getting tired and bored of playing the role of someone i'm not. All I wish is to feel a tiny sense of peace but no matter what I try or don't try, ego is still there to remind me that there is no such place as PEACE. Help me please...

While we know it sounds cliche, it is your ego's battles per say with your higher will that prevents your peace and, thus, truer self from surfacing. Well, I'm at this point in my journey where I am asked to stop everything, stop the seeking, stop trying to be enlightened, stop clinging to the thought that causes me harm, just completely stop. But this seeking as been such an important part of my life that I'm not sure how to do that. Meditation brought so much good and peace into my heart that it became sort of an automatism for me to do that, like a survival instinct you see. But the desire to awaken is a lot stronger so my question is this. How do you stop ? How can I stop ? Thank you again :) Namaste

Your heart knows this instinctively. Your awakened self reveals through acts of surrender; meditation being one such action.
