Would love to see a video for nomads who plan to travel to Madeira for several months at a time. Are there specific things that it would benefit nomads to know? Specifics regarding lodging, getting around Funchal and the rest of the island, adjusting to life there, etc.

I love that he included a decent walk in the tour! I've been reluctant to book a day-long tour because that much sitting is like a nightmare to me.

You get some fantastic drone footage, it would be great if you did a video on how to go about registering flights etc with the various authorities, the differences between flying on the coast, over the ocean, and in national parks etc, and the fines for not following the rules etc. It would be really useful for visitors to get this from someone living there so they can also fly safely and with confidence. :)

If you liked Madeira, you ought to check out the Azores as well. We actually liked the Azores a bit more because the climate seemed a little more wet, with lush landscape. Also, United has direct flights from the US East Coast (helpful if you're from USA). Hopefully, our shite prez doesn't cause us to be banned from the rest of the world:)

Tip 16- Watch all Joeys videos before you go, We planned our week around them. and it worked out brilliantly. A personal recommendation - if you're planning on doing a trip around the east or west of the island (we did 4x4 trips as they had less people and were able to go off road ) do them early on so you can get an idea of places you may want to go back to later in your stay. The dolphin watching tours are a very relaxing few hours.

That's where our cruise ship docked last summer. It is a beautiful place. Highly recommend visiting.

We're planning to visit Madeira in February. I'd love to see content on what to do in the off season. We're especially interested in how to use public transportation to and from levada walks.

Thanks for that - Ive been watching some of your vlogs for a couple of weeks now. Very good. I'm lucky enough to be able to visit Tenerife 3/4 times per year (returning in a month), but I would love to go to Madeira for a week sometime (if I find a new partner/wife 😅). I've been learning Spanish for a while, but something you said in English towards the end of your vlog [14:10], clarified the difference between 2 ways of saying essentially the same thing - "Deberias visitar esta isla." You should [would ought-thou] visit this/that island. & "Debes [ought-thou] visitar ... You ought to visit ... The first expression is quite definite/forceful, whereas the second is more of a polite suggestion. ¡Salud! Stuart

About the weather. It’s only like that 3 months of the year. December, January and maybe February. All the other months are majority of days sunny

If it hasn't closed, on the other street side of the Mercado dos levradores is the Frutaria do Anadia where the prices are much cheaper. In the language Part, did you say "desculpa"? because this should be informal and in a more formal/polite way it should be "desculpe" if i understand that correct with my learning course ^^
